Two decades of the world's most-visited immersive exhibitions

Two decades of the world's most-visited immersive exhibitions

Grande Experiences began as a touring exhibition business out of Melbourne and grew into a global creator of immersive, multi-sensory experiences. Along the way we built SENSORY4, our own projection, audio and aroma system and produced Van Gogh Alive, the most-visited multi-sensory experience of its kind, seen by millions since 2011.

What we do

We tour, we build, we operate.

Today we do three things: tour our library of immersive exhibitions to venues worldwide, build permanent galleries and attractions, and create custom experiences around a host's own stories and collections.

We also own and operate our own flagship, Museo Leonardo da Vinci in central Rome. Proof we don't just license technology, we run successful venues ourselves. Our partners range from major museums and science centres to castles, shopping destinations and purpose‑built immersive venues, across six continents and 35+ languages.

What hosts say

Attendance in the weeks the exhibition ran outpaced every prior special exhibition we've hosted, and membership sign‑ups followed the same curve.

Director of ExhibitionsThe Dalí Museum, St. Petersburg, FL

The exhibition drew a first‑time audience for us — families and younger visitors who hadn't been to the museum before.

Grande's team handled the technical build end to end, which let our own staff focus entirely on the visitor experience around it.

THE LUME Melbourne

From its debut in November 2021 until its final day on June 1, 2025, THE LUME Melbourne stood as a beacon of innovation in the art world. As Australia's first permanent immersive digital art gallery, it transformed the way audiences engaged with art, enveloping visitors in a symphony of light, sound, and storytelling across a vast 3,000 square metre space.
Its groundbreaking experiences, including Van Gogh Alive, Monet & Friends, Leonardo da Vinci – 500 Years of Genius, and the award-winning Connection, redefined cultural experiences by blending classical masterpieces with cutting-edge technology.
Beyond cultural exhibitions, THE LUME became a vibrant cultural hub, hosting groundbreaking wellness sessions, culinary events, live concerts, and corporate events that resonated with diverse audiences. Its unique approach made art accessible and engaging, leaving an indelible mark on Melbourne's cultural and events landscape.
