Worowa Aboriginal Girls College provides culturally rich and empowering education for young Aboriginal girls, fostering their connection to heritage while preparing them for a bright future. Our support has helped ensure these students have the resources they need to excel academically and personally, contributing to the preservation of Aboriginal culture and leadership. In 2024 we funded the instruments for their newly established music department, as well as their annual Arts award.
The Indigenous Literacy Foundation is dedicated to closing the literacy gap in remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Through book donations, literacy programs, and publishing stories in First Nations languages, they help children and families gain access to the transformative power of reading and learning. We donated the profits from the Connection Official Program to them.
The Royal Children’s Hospital and the Children’s Cancer Foundation provide world-class care and groundbreaking research for young patients facing life-threatening illnesses. By supporting these organizations, we’ve played a small but meaningful part in giving children and their families hope, comfort, and the best possible care during the most challenging times of their lives. THE LUME Melbourne has a program with these two wonderful organisations to enable all children undergoing cancer therapy to visit TLM with their families as often as they like, free of charge for all the family.
